These terms govern your use of Deal Knock. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account and LinkedIn

You connect your own LinkedIn account and are solely responsible for activity sent from it, including compliance with LinkedIn's User Agreement, which restricts automated activity. Deal Knock provides pacing limits and approval tools but does not guarantee that LinkedIn will not restrict your account.

Acceptable use

No spam, harassment, deceptive content, or contacting people who have asked not to be contacted. No collection of health information about patients or other sensitive personal data. You must have a lawful basis to contact the people you upload or search for.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are not refundable except where required by law.

AI generated content

Messages and comments are drafted by AI from the information you provide. Review them before sending; you are responsible for what is sent.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
